Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale 22′

Every summer Nordstrom’s holds its biggest sale of the year giving shoppers an opportunity to buy their favorite brands at a reduced price. Nordstrom’s sale generally takes place in July but changes the date and length almost each year. For those new to shopping with Nordstrom’s you’re in for a treat! You can find many discounted items from fall sweaters to higher end jewelry.

This year Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale is July 6^th through the 31^st. However, if you’re part of the Nordy Club, you are eligible to shop early access now (started July 6^th). Every year I shop this sale and always end up with a good find. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite previous Nordstrom purchases in addition to some of my new favorite items for this year.

Previously Purchased Items

Dyson Airwrap – I purchased the Dyson hairdryer about a year ago and I’m so happy I did. My hair retains a lot of water and I tend to sweat a lot when trying to dry my hair. Since using the Dyson Airwrap, I’ve cut my hair drying process in half and I no longer am drenched in sweat. It does a great job straightening my hair also allowing me to avoid additional heat during my flat iron/curling iron process.

Michele Lilou Diamond Watch– This Lilou watch by Michele is new this year. Every year Michele and Nordstroms seems to pick a high-tier watch to put on sale. Usually the style comes in a mixture of different metals. Last year I purchased this one. Later in my post I’ve linked a few other Michele watch options that are on sale.

Avec Leather Biker Jacket– Nordstrom does a great job providing fall items during their anniversary sale. Every year they come out with high and lower end lather jackets in different colors and fabrics for the public to choose one. You are guaranteed to find one in your price range during the sale ever year.

SPANX Faux Leather Leggings– I love the SPANX brand. They really do work and are flattering on all shapes and sizes. I’ve noticed each year there are only 2 times which SPANX go on sale, the holiday season and the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I try to grab a pair every year. If you’ve ever considered investing in a pair, now is the time to purchase and claim a discount.

Cashmere Mist Deodorant – I love the smell of Donna Karen’s Cashmere Mist Deodorant. I think this is a great opportunity if you’ve ever tried the scent to receive a quantity of 3 at a discount.

Bliss Plush Throw– I have this blanket in 2 different colors and they have held up well. They are not the Barefoot Dreams brand but they are a fraction of the price and are so silky and comfortable. This is your choice if you’re looking for a throw for a fraction of the price.

Expandable LongChamp Handbag – I own 2 LongChamp bags and although I don’t use them often, they come in handy for the right occasion. Typically, I use mine for when I’m traveling to destinations where I’d rather not bring my Chanel or Louis Vuitton bags. I’ve also used this bag as a travel bag to place all my other bags in (I know!). I’d consider this bag great for traveling and touring a ton of outdoor places, sporting events, camping etc.

The next portion of this post are some finds from this year’s sale that are new to me. I’ve categorized them by baby clothing, toddler clothing, female clothing and jewelry.

Baby Boys

Nike Kids Hooded Romper– We purchased this outfit for our first son a few years back. It is a great piece for fall and it’s a bonus that it is a zip up compared to buttons.

Nylon Fleece Jacket– This jacket is a great choice for fall. It comes in both a military green and a navy. Sizes start at 3m and go up to 24 months.

Kids Footie Sweater– I don’t own this for either of my children but it’s a great onesie option to play or go out in.

North Face Coat– My son owns this coat and we loved it. What’s great is that it is water repellent and allows you to flip the wrist material down giving warmth to your baby’s hands.

Baby Hooded Bunting– This is a great option for those looking to have a full-size coat. The bear ears are adorable and it’s a bonus the material gives a plush blanket feel to keep your little one cozy.

Nike Shoes– Every year we try to buy our son some shoes from Nordstrom’s sale. It’s always great to size up on shoes that you can’t find the size. Kids grow so fast!

Ugg Sneakers- Our son owns these sneakers in a previous color from a different year. It is one of our favorite pairs because they were always easy to put on.

The remainder of the items are new finds for this year’s sale. I do not yet own a majority of the items but encourage you to look around if you’re looking for staple pieces in you or a loved one’s wardrobe.
