Hi, I’m Erika Johnson

Welcome to Lifestyles with Erika! My name is Erika Johnson, and I am an enthusiast for a well-curated home. I’m a Mom of two little boys and a wife to my sweet husband Joe. Joe and I started our journey in homeownership back in 2015. We quickly realized we needed more space and some amenities we felt would contribute to our family’s quality of life. In  2019, we decided to build a home in our current neighborhood, and the rest is history! 

Our second house has met our needs to build the life we’ve always wanted. It’s the house we intend to raise our children, host our family, and build new relationships in our family-oriented neighborhood. With a former background as a Marketing Director and my husband’s career in electrical and mechanical engineering-we have been able to tackle many household projects since we went to closing. 

Our teamwork has allowed us to cultivate the home we’ve desired. Since starting our homeownership journey, we’ve learned a lot about what it takes to maintain a home. No, we do not have it all figured out, but we hope to share some of our wins and pitfalls with you in hopes we can contribute to whatever project you’re taking on. Lifestyles with Erika is meant to take you on our journey of homeownership, house purchases, adventures out on the town, and a series of our travel experiences.
